New PC
« on: June 06, 2014, 01:52:13 PM »
Hey.

I'm going to get new computer soon, i'm going to build it and i dont have any experience or knowledge about Pc-components or building it.
I'm going to buy parts from this shop http://www.jimms.fi/Komponentit , throw in some suggestions about with which parts i can get best gaming pc with budget of around 1000€.

You can tell about your current computer and how much did you spent to it and how good games run on it too.

Here you are:

Should be a good gaming pc :D

My current PC:
Asus GTX560 1gb
MSI P67A-C43 (MS-7673)
Intel Core i5 2400 @ 3,1GHz
6144  MB  (3 x 2048 DDR3-SDRAM )
HDD: SAMSUNG HD103UJ ATA Device (1000GB)
SSD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB ATA Device (250GB)

I can run Battlefield 4 on Ultra with no anti-analysing. (1080P resolution and 110% texture scale) AVG 40 FPS
I can run CodWaW on highest. avg 200-350 FPS :P
I can run Grand Theft Auto 4 on high settings. Avg FPS 60

With the new components above you can gain a big boost.

Then ditch the SSD.

Also i think spuge could probably also use his old harddrive / ssd whatever he has. That would save some more.
