According to this page - http://support.microsoft.com/?id=228753
0x0000007A with IO code ffffffffc000000e means "the drive went unavailable, possibly a bad hard drive, disk array, and/or controller card.".

So check your hard drives, cables etc.

I just unplugged and plugged my hsrd drive bsck in, and am currently doing a disk check.  Im going to run a few more tests after that, hopefully hit the nail on the head, so to speak

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUJW6X6BnTY&list=FLNjjsc4zlAaQEOEyW95lUJA&index=1&feature=plpp_video

I did the first few things on this list I found, not including the tests, I think maybe the first 3 suggestions this guy makes.  I can't get this damn problem fixed, so annoying.

EDIT:  It may be a pain to do it, but do you think if I wiped my Hard Drive and reinstalled all my stuff, I could fix everything?  Or do you think it's a hard drive problem?  If its the hardware, then that would be pointless.

EDIT EDIT: When my computer crashed the last time my motherboard (or at least that's what I think it is) was blinking in one spot.  There are numbers 1-8 with light below them, the #8 lighting blinking while the others were plain lit.  I tried looking in my manual for whatever that means, but no luck.

Or u can repair pc by put cd with windows u have and restart pc press all the time TAB,F11,F12 idk how its on on ur pc, later choose start from cd/dvd drive press enter when install windows are loaded choose repair and follow all steps; hope u resolve that problem :-)

U can always try again driver genius pro and combofix, If u know what u have for soundcard (name) in pc u can go to  start, computer, right click mouse choose manage, manage hardwares, click on sound and remove that sound drivers u dont use also keep only that sound drive u have in u soundcard, e.g. if u have realtek dont remove that, remove all others drivers who dont likely u sound card name.

Well, I'm going to contact tech support and see if I can get some help with this. :alone:  Thanks for trying to help me at least - Kill3r, Proto, Donch... Hopefully tech support has half a brain and none of its tech centers in India or something so I can actually understand them. :alone:

Do you have an SSD? The firmware for some of them have been known to cause BSODs, usually updating the firmware fixes it.

I gave up and sent the computer back to them; my warranty allows me to send it back to get fixed.  2 weeks I'll have it back in perfect condition.

They will fix your solution in the short term but secretly implement some evil software that will result in you going back to them again after your warranty has ended, resulting in you having to purchase their aid, and this will occur again and again.

Regards.

I just got it last February; I'm not dishing out another $1800 to get another one.
