9800 gt standard 90~110watts
i5 661 standard 87w
mainboard, hard drive, dvd drives etc 100w

lets say 350W

500W should do it

the power supply needs a good efficiency "rule of thumb" 2/3 (67%) ..or 60 % ~80 %
600W for example when your system consumes 400W~450W like mine lol (i got a 620W)

caution: you got ?ATX standard mainboard..see if your case fits hit. but ?atx sucks, better get a ATX

popular and suggested
Cooler Master Silent Pro M500, 500W ATX 2.3 (RS-500-AMBA)
Cougar CM 550W ATX 2.3
be quiet Straight Power E7 CM 480W ATX 2.3 (E7-CM-480W/BN121)
be quiet Pure Power 530W ATX 2.3 (L7-530W/BN106)
Enermax PRO82+ II 525W

Stick to Donchill, i don't think that you need stronger than 500 W.

If you can get 600+, it will help when you upgrade your card. :D.

P.S get some with a 6 pin pcie molex, its easier
